We build a wide variety of custom products for our customers from devices for medical and research applications to machine controls for OEM applications.
Over the last 25 years, Scanning Devices has developed a core set of skills in scanning and sensing technologies. This focus has led to the development and manufacture of a broad array of products that leverage this expertise.
In 2006 we broadened that expertise further with the acquisition of the HB Registration Company, a well-respected manufacturer of registration control devices. We have continued to manufacture and make improvements to the HB product line for customers that rely on precise high speed automated registration control for their printing, post printing and packaging applications.
Optical sensors are used in Arc/Spark detection systems in the industrial microwave oven industry, on label counting and processing tables for the pharmaceutical industry and in sensors for Touch-free faucet controls.
The sensing and display of both temperature and weight has led to products like temperature logging systems for the foodservice industry and the scientific community.
